Used BMW 6 Series for Sale in New York, NY

The first-generation BMW 6 Series is the stuff of legend, so the automaker resurrected the model in 2004, making it available as a two-door coupe and a convertible. Based on the 5 Series platform and sharing that sedan's excellent mechanicals, fussy iDrive infotainment system, and controversial (at the time) styling themes, the 6 Series came with inline six-cylinder, V8, and V10 engines. After skipping the 2011 model year, BMW followed up with a third-generation 2012 6 Series offering improvements in every way. In addition, a four-door Gran Coupe model also joined the lineup. As the third-gen 6 Series coasted toward the end of production and replacement by a new 8 Series model, BMW added a few twists. For 2018 and 2019, a five-door 6 Series Gran Turismo based on the 5 Series became available, replacing the previous 5 Series GT. Also, the revived 8 Series coupe and convertible debuted in 2019, but the third-gen 6 Series Gran Coupe remained in production before a new 8 Series Gran Coupe replaced it.
